Following a relatively successful foray into gaming in November of last year, Netflix has revealed four new games that will be available on its platform this month. The four additional titles extend Netflix’s gaming collection to a total of 22 games.
The new games include Dragon Up (East Side Games), Moonlighter (11 Bit Studios), Townsmen – A Kingdom Rebuilt (HandyGames), and Exploding Kittens – The Game (Exploding Kittens Digital).
Dragon Up
Dragon Up is a single-player adventure game produced by Canadian developer East Side Games in which players hatch and collect rare dragons in order to preserve their kingdom. Netflix adds that the game’s graphic style draws inspiration from Scandinavian design and illustration featured in early storybooks and fairy tales to make it feel more magical. The game is now available in over 30 languages.
Exploding Kittens
Direwolf Digital’s Exploding Kittens game keeps the fundamental gameplay of the original card game, in which players draw cards in order to dodge the Exploding Kitten. Users will be able to use two new special cards, Radar and Flip Flop, to manipulate the deck in novel ways. The new Exploding Kittens game will be available in over 15 languages on May 31.
Townsmen – A Kingdom Rebuilt
Townsmen: A Kingdom Rebuilt is the first game from German company HandyGames to be released on Netflix. In the game, players construct a medieval city while making wise financial decisions and doing all it takes to keep their people happy. Today, the game is already available.
Moonlighter
Moonlighter is a game developed by 11 Bit Studios in Spain. By day, players in this RPG adventure game manage a business in a picturesque village. During the night, players explore dungeons, battle creatures, and solve riddles. Moonlighter is now available.
The games can be downloaded directly from the Netflix mobile app on the day of release. To access these games:
