Tecno has officially introduced its CAMON 19 series and SPARK 9 Series smartphones in Kenya.
With features such as a 64MP bright night portrait photography technology and the industry’s slimmest 0.98mm bezel, the CAMON 19 series, created for young fashionistas, is aimed to overcome the conventional obstacles associated with shooting in nighttime and low-light circumstances with style.
“We’re very proud to introduce the TECNO CAMON 19 series & SPARK 9, we continue to reinforce TECNO’s commitment to exploring more possibilities in the fusion of technology, innovation, and design,” said Peter Shi, Brand Manager, TECNO Mobile Kenya.
The phone will also use RGBW color filter sensor technology, which adds a white sub-pixel to the existing universal RGB setups to increase light intake by 30%.
The SPARK 9 Series will be geared toward Generation Z. With a 32 MP selfie shooter and a trendy right-angles edge 8.42mm lightweight and slender body, it provides users with a more premium experience to express self-concept and stylish design to keep them on the leading edge of fashion.
The SPARK 9 Series will include a totally enhanced front camera that will push the boundaries of self-expression through selfie technology.
Otile Brown, the Chief Creative Officer for the CAMON 19 Series, was recently announced as the brand ambassador for TECNO CAMON 19.
Otile’s contribution to the product was to inspire the designers as they created the device.
The CAMON 19 series will be available in three models: CAMON 19, CAMON 19 Pro, and CAMON 19 Pro 5G. A month after the debut, the 5G model will be available.
CAMON 19 will cost Sh23,499, CAMON 19 Pro will cost Sh33,799, and CAMON 19 Pro 5G will cost Sh41,599.
The SPARK 9 series will be available in three variants: SPARK 9C – Sh15,599, SPARK 9T – Sh19,799, and SPARK 9Pro – Sh20,899.
Customers can purchase the gadgets at any TECNO or Safaricom store. They can use the Lipa Mdogo Mdogo finance plan at Safaricom.
